Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your Firelight Prose account and the personal data associated with it. There are two ways to do this.

From within the app

Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This removes your account immediately.

By request

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request." We may ask for a detail or two to confirm you own the account, then delete it. We'll confirm by email once it's done, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your account record, your email, and your reading progress and in-story choices from our systems. We may retain limited records (such as transaction records) where the law requires it.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed and managed by your app store, so deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings as well.
